Rip Torn arrested for DUI in North Salem, New York

December 4, 2006 – Rip Torn DUI North Salem, N.Y. Actor Rip Torn was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on Monday. Rip Torn was contacted by police officers after a collision. No one was hurt from the collision. Rip refused to perform field sobriety tests. Two years ago Rip Torn was acquitted of DUI by a New York jury.
