Third Lost Actor Arrested for DUI - Daniel Dae Kim

Hawaii DUI Honolulu, Hawaii - October 25, 2007. Lost star Daniel Dae Kim was popped for DUI on October 25 in the early hours of the morning. Daniel was taken to the Honolulu Police Department and was booked. He bailed out a few hours after the ordeal.

Police noticed Daniel driving erratically, and during the DUI investigation he allegedly provided a 0.168 breath test sample. Hawaii’s legal limit is 0.08.

Daniel released this statement through his publicist:

“I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed by the events of Thursday morning. It saddens me to know that I jeopardized the welfare of the kind people of Hawaii, a community that I love and call my home. It is my intention to cooperate fully with the police and I am grateful to them for their sensitivity throughout this matter.”

“To my friends, family, colleagues and fans, thank you for your kind words of support. To those I have disappointed, I can only ask that you accept my heartfelt apologies.”

Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros are the other two stars from Lost to be arrested for DUI. They were both arrested in December of 2005 just 15 minutes apart. Maybe ABC should invest in a babysitter for Lost actors. I am sure the Hawaiian community would appreciate someone chaperoning these Hollywood clowns when they decide to drink alcohol.
