Nicole Richie Spends a Grueling 82 Minutes in Jail

Los Angeles, California. Jail overcrowding was a blessing for Nicole Richie. Richie was required to serve 90 hours of incarceration. However, jail overcrowding policies reduced that timeframe to 82 minutes.
Her stay at Century Regional Detention Facility was so short that Richie did not even enter a jail cell. Nicole spent her time at the facility being booked, providing fingerprints and taking a mug shot. That was it.
It seems overcrowding is a serious issue in California. Jail is used to deter crime. The threat of jail is useless when a four day sentence is reduced to 1 hour and 22 minutes. The score for this match is:
