Nicole Richie’s DUI Trial Delayed Again

Nicole Ritchie has hired Dr. Terence Sean McGee as a defense expert for her upcoming DUI trial. Dr. McGee is not available until August, so the court continued her DUI trial until August 16th. Dr. McGee is necessary for Nicole’s defense attorney, Shawn Holley, to attack expected testimony of the state’s drug experts.
