Cincinnati, Ohio – July 18, 2007. Hamilton County prosecutor, Richard Guinan, was arrested in June for DUI while passing through a DUI checkpoint. Guinan pleaded guilty to Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence and Wanton Disregard.

Guinan’s punishment includes a $1,000.00 fine, a driver’s license suspension, 2 years of probation, and completion of an alcohol program. It is a shame even those who prosecute the crime of DUI can end up being arrested for DUI.
