Drunk Marya Green Has Toddler Steer Her Car

June 3, 2008 - Goshen Township, Ohio. Police stopped Marya Green, 29, and to their horror found Green’s 1 year old son in her lap. The story gets worse as Green also had two other children in the vehicle ages 5 and 8.

Green’s 1 year old son was steering the vehicle for mommy which was probably the best option because mommy was under the influence. Green’s blood alcohol content measured 0.11, and now faces charges for DUI and endangering children.

I hope the judge gives her the maximum penalty and CPS takes her children away from her.

    That’s insane! I can hardly believe it. I guess there’s all types of people out there who make poor decisions. Glad the kids are alright.

    It is the reality that children have to face the repercussions of parents’ negligence. Driving under influence (DUI) should not be taken lightly because you are putting your as well as the passengers life in danger.

    Good that Marya was caught because this behavior shows her negligence that could have resulted into dangerous consequences that day or any time in future. In Georgia, depending upon the seriousness of the offense the offender can be fined or jailed.
