Scott Spiezio Pleas Guilty to DUI & Hit and Run Charges

Newport Beach, California. Scott Spiezio ended his criminal case pleading guilty to DUI and Hit & Run. Pursuant to the plea agreement the prosecutor dropped the aggravated assault and assault and battery charges. Scott was given three years of probation and his punishment includes:
- $1,700 in fines and restitution
- Complete 80 hours of community service
- Complete a 3 month alcohol program
- Attend Alcoholics Anonymous
