Los Angeles, California - April 9, 2008. Paris Hilton’s younger brother, Barron, ended his journey through the criminal justice system. Barron entered a plea of no contest to DUI and possessing a false driver’s license. In return the prosecutors dismissed two additional criminal charges.
Barron was given a slew of probation conditions and terms by the judge. He must spend three years on probation and complete the following:
- Pay $2,000 in fines
- Complete alcohol education programs
- Complete Victim’s Impact Panel
- Visit hospital and county morgues
- 1 year driver’s license suspension
Visiting the hospital and county morgues may seem to be an odd requirement, but it is part of the “Scared Straight” program.
