CHP Lieutenant Deborah Pierce Arrested for DUI

Merced County, California - December 29, 2007. A seventeen year veteran of the California Highway Patrol was arrested for DUI stemming from a single car accident. CHP Lieutenant Deborah Pierce has been arresting criminals on the California highways. She probably was not expecting to be on the other side of the law.
Officers that responded to the single car non-injury accident arrested Pierce for DUI. Details of the arrest are limited.
