Actor Gary Collins In Deep Trouble | Warren Gates Dies

Gary Collins pleaded no contest to DUI last week and will spend 96 hours in jail. Gary was arrested after causing a traffic accident. Warren Gates, 89, has been in the hospital since the accident in October.

Unfortunately, Warren Gates passed away this past Friday. Prosecutors may decide to file Vehicular Homicide charges against Gary Collins. If that happens Collins can expect more time in jail because Vehicular Homicide is a felony.
